So Im starting a new construction job, any tips on how I can maintain my physique? Not sure if there's too many guys that can relate but I would really appreciate any feedback on what my main priorities should be besides sticking to a high cal, high protein diet, and lowering the volume in my workouts. Dont want to see my body diminish after so many years;/

I did construction for years. I used to lift a little only but I did a ton of push ups and squats and ate a really good diet.

It’s amazing what type of workout you can get on a job site but it depends on the type of construction.
What type are you going into?
As said before, diet will be essential. I always have a minimum of two meals that I prepared and 6-10 packets of tuna or some other protein source with me. At all times. Never leave my lab with out my lunch box. Constructon hours vary significantly day to day so time management of workout will be critical as well.
