whats turk weighing in those pics? Hes dropped the fat fairly quickly this time....i mean in the recent shots ive seen he looks pretty damn near rdy to rock. Did you change the diet or cardio this time around?

I think it's a combination of many things.

-He started at 17% bodyfat rather than 24%
-We added in more omega 3's this diet
-He was doing longer sessions of HIIT earlier in the diet
-He drank more white tea this diet
-He took effective supplements that he never took last diet (such as green tea extract)
-He put on roughly 6 pounds of lean muscle in the offseason, so he's burning nearly a hundred more calories a day
-etc...

Holy FUCK.

Turk almost has his size in arms... and he's a god damn natty. Turk on steroids and many extra years of training could really be pushing some major wins I believe (in none natty shows of course).

Props Turk... you managed to hold your own against him. The only thing I'd say is to work on your back more... but seriously, you look amazing.

I think that Turk holds his own up there. The only thing that he isn't even close is his back. The front I was like wow! Turk is that damn close, then they turned and well the 20+ years help out Darrem there a ton. That man has a thick ass back.

Turk actually has a very thick back for his age, he needs alot of work on his width. Which is why he'll be concentrating on back width twice a week in the summer.

We'll be pumping out some pullups, wide-grip pulldowns, wide-grip rows, etc
