thats ridiculous, and Dex n JJ talking bout it makes it the funnier.
i went up to 95lbs for reps like that, but it wasn't doing anything, gonna hurt your arm
and pop something for sure.

Actually 1.6 times bigger (Edit: fucked up the math lol it's 1.4) lol, 1 quater of the cuts and natrual <--- thats one to consider.
