DAZN – women’s lightweight title fight - Katie Taylor vs. Rose Volante

To be held in Philadelphia on March 15, Katie Taylor will square off with Rose Volante in a unification fight. Irish Taylor holds the WBA and IBF belts while Volante owns the WBO belt. Both fighters are undefeated with Volante having 14 wins and 8 KOs on her scorecard while Taylor logged 12 wins and 5 KOs.

WBA and IBF lightweight champion Katie Taylor showed her overpowering punching skills to overwhelm WBO lightweight champion Rose Volante. After a knockdown in the first round, Brazilian Volante seemed to have totally lost her composure that she seemed to have lost every round until that fateful stoppage in the 9th round. The undefeated Taylor now holds 3 belts with her 13th win and aiming to unify the women’s lightweight division.
