I must say Heath looks out of this world. Far ahead at this stage. That back double bi!!! His front lat spread has improved so much that he now beats them all in that pose. Well done Heath with your continued improvement.

Ronnie looks like he has been squashed and everything is bulging out his waist.

Troy looks like an amateur with these guys.

Dex: Needs to really be in shape to make an impact. Bigger in his upper body, but I think after this he knows he is in for a battle!

I don't agree with this. IMO arms are never too big in bodybuilding
