I agree with Tunen. His arms look very big in the MM pose but take a look in the back poses for example. His arms really does complete this pose IMO.

Agreed, btw his BDB pose improved a lot!

Shit, Heath is just awesome. I think he's owning this posedown, but that might be due to the fact that he's better conditioned than the others. Never the less; he has improved a lot all over and is a very serious contender to the title.

Ronnie looks out of shape and done, he should really retire for good.

Dexter looks kinda like last year, no noticeable improvements.

Jay finally got rid of his old haircut (kinda makes him look very young) and I acutally think he looks decent, but the competition is simply to steep for him - I don't see him getting the title back.

I agree.

His gut, his thigh, this tricep....... I just couldn't stand to look too closely.

Having said that he still held his own against the young pups despite being out of the game for ages.

Heath: own everybody on this posedown. He is far more conditioned than the rest. Look at first pic, he has deep separation in his quads, almost looking like scars, lol.

Cutler: great brand new haircut! IMHO his waist looks smaller in the front double bi, what do you guys think?

Dex: I didn't expect him to be "off". He's enjoying his offseason, he needs the size to beat Phil.

Troy: aesthethics ftw!

Ronnie: mmm, he actually looks bigger. I think his chest looks VERY flat and that makes his gut look even bigger. He is improving, but that quad injury takes away from his best bodypart at the moment.

its looks like there are little babies growing in phils arms. you know ur arms are unreal when ur a bodybuilder and they say yours arms are too big lol. he has got to be the favorite goin into the O.

Phil is incredible. The improvements he has made over this year are insane. Those arms are unbelievable. Dex looks awesome too.

From the looks of these pictures it will be near impossible for Cutler to regain his title let alone place 2nd.
