Do Actors get paid merchandising from voice acting?

I was curious if actors like Mike Myers gets paid money for stuff like shrek dolls. Me and my girlfriend were having a conversation about this and I said they dont because they personally are not being sold, but she said that she thought they do. lol None the less it sparked my interest because if they do they would get millions

It depends really on how they are contracted for it, for example.
Say when stone cold Steve Austin was in his prime and was the showcase wrestler he would get nothing out of his shirt sells, becuase he was contracted on a concrete salary without stock options or vendor rights on his merchandise.

I can't really answer the questiosn regarding Mike Myers but I hope that helped somewhat.
