Chris Hemsworth is another actor known for their macho and action roles. As he prepared for his movies Avengers: End Game and Thor, Hemsworth needed a leaner and more muscular shape. Many people are convinced that the actor had taken steroids because of his physical changes from 2009 to 2010.
