Ronnie 2003 is still unmatched. End of story. Nope, Phil Heath (I love the guy) doesn't stand a chance.

conditionning, hardness, and three poses (Side Triceps, back double-bicpe and abdominal) Dorians wins IMHO but rest Ronnie has him beat easily! Overall Ronnie of 2003 beats Dorian of 1993 BUT this is not a good comparison because Ronnie in 2003 was already a 6 times defending champion whereas Dorian had won just one Sandow till 1993... the number of years you have been a Mr Olympia does count because the extra money that you get to (pun intended) INJECT into your contest prep is huge factor! No snapshot-in-time comparison will ever be fair!

1996 German GP, Ronnie vs Dorian. You can get an idea of how big would look an '03 Ronnie next to Yates.

Wow this debate has been going on for years and tkD's post pretty much shows Ronnie Coleman definitely wins.

I really didn't realize how huge Ronnie Coleman was in 2003. I haven't looked at these pics for a few years now. He was massive. I make comments about Phil Heath bringing in an 03 Ronnie Coleman, I might have to retract those comments, lol. I won't say no way, but Phil Heath is gonna need to come in at 270lbs or so.

His legs are looking small compared to others but his upper part is really very good.

Pre-tear Dorian Yates had a great FDB pose. Very balanced.

Bump for a youtube video I have found these days, talking about the best backs in bodybuilding, which is basically Dorian vs Ronnie, and seen some of the comparisons pics made by me 11 or so years ago damn, haha.
