Pull downs 2 different grip [close and wide] 4 sets each

Lower Back extensions [ weighted] 4 sets

Reverse pec Dec 3 sets


Finished w heavy tricep push downs.

The orals have me very lethargic. I see this before, I have a reason I'm on the hardening compounds right now as well as the tren. After this coming week I'm gunna pump brakes on the orals at least I have a plan which I have discussed with a few of y'all.
My barber is not working this weekend and I get tightened up every Friday,,,,,,dammit guess I'll be shaggy till tuesday

The results are amazing however I cannot stay awake for shit I'm super lethargic, hard as a coffin nail tho and strong as a bear.

Just in case any one else was wondering as I received a few PM s from bros who wer concerned [ which was a great feeling knowing ppl care,let's face it,most could give 2 shits) thanks y'all.


So no injection aside from growth today.

Sorry brother we moved and finishing stuff and hooking up stuff I haven't had no time to read anyone's stuff!!

I am will tell u this!
I used winny lots of times. But 12 years ago I got liver cholestasis and bad!! I was using 75mg winny inject everyday for 35 days!! I was finished with the winny and it came after!! I haven't used winny since not one time.
If i use winny in this cut it will be for 14-18 days only at 50mg a day!!!
I used halo for 2 weeks at 10-20mg a day and had awesome results for only 2 weeks!!
I had labs 3 weeks later unplanned and I was good only 1 point over on ALT I think and AST was in range or it was AST instead..... anyway!!

I only use ANAVAR as oral most of time and 8 months a year my liver is perfect and lipids good too!!

I am on the 50mg Anadrol a day ATM but it's my first time ever running Anadrol, just never used it.
But today I use mostly only Anavar as only Oral!!!
And in a Cut I will only use Winny or Halo last 2 weeks.
I get myself cut and dry first then when I add it's for grainyness and STREGTH in that phase!!!
MAST and proviron I use always no problems but I use for SHBG and anti-estro with sex drive!!

But my advice would have been to wait but u have supp contest too so....

It makes sense now because I didn't wanna knock u or be a critic but I have felt u were cutting too soon and muscle loss was my concern but u coming in for other deal so....

A cut is stressful when I big transformation is needed!!
That is reason I follow the process and trust the process!!
The type of cut I am doing is nothing out ordinary and it's been used and proven for 30 years or better!!!

But for your health and liver I wouldn't run the two together and neither one for longer than 3 weeks max!! They work fast and should be used as a tool once we get to
"THAT POINT"!!! NOT as a way to get to that point!!

So get there then use for grainy look and added hardening!!!

Please don't take anything I said wrong way I care and my opinions are based on my experience and that of others!!!

I stick to what is proven safe!!!
Thing about me is I don't bulk easy even with bulking gear but I cut and respond to cutters and get cut much easier than a bulk.

not bragging or being know it all but I have knowledge and its not from some article I read!!!

Always here, as a friend and partner in what we do!! I wanted to caution u being u mentioned it!!
I was sick bad with liver cholestasis 12 years ago.
I ended up finding out I had a liver disease but it was just an antibody as I had beat it on my own after an exposure.
Because of my positive to the virus antibody they thought it was that, I didn't know u had hep c and had beat it on own after an exposure years before.
So it was messed up situation and alot of testing. Ended up having to tell specialists about the Winny!! Lol!
