The next "In the Trenches" series is with Ed Nunn - The 2008 NPC Nationals Super Heavyweight and Over-All Champion. Ed came out of nowhere last year catching everyone off guard at the 2008 USAs in Las Vegas. Ed then teamed up with Hany Rambod and smoked the competition several months later in Atlanta, GA.

Join Ed as he tears through a brutal leg workout. There isn't many that could keep up with this high intensity workout combined with Hany's FST-7..

well it works for him to squat on a smithmachine and i think he has tryed squating and it prolly just killed his back or some
