2 sets

Attempted to do cardio but all the working machines were taken, gave up with a gasp of relief. The supersets ****ed me enough.

Squats

3 x 135kg
6 x 155kg

More squats
3 x 5 x 140kg
20 x 100kg
1 x skull-splitting headache
0 x anything else

Still normal squatting but minimal discomfort compared to last week, only hurt setting up. All belt free.

Deadlifts
4 x 4 x 167kg
2 x 192kg
2 x 212kg

Brutally heavy. After my best mate's wedding on the weekend which included 2 days of pretty heavy drinking and a lot of carrying shit up and down a hill my strength was well below par. The 2 heavy sets were with dirty-ass form and I barely made the 8 reps and felt like I was going to pass out. No assistance work, maybe tomorrow...

7 sets of deadlifts and 212 for 2. Hard one, good job.
