Wanted to go heavier than 140kg but I am totally burnt out after tire work yesterday. No power!

Fatman Pullups
3 x 15 x bw
Silly Little Complex
2 x 20 BB squats/10 pullups/20 pushups/10 hanging leg raises/10 hammer curl presses
Going for a run with the missus tonight so only did 2 sets of the complex. Was glad for the excuse to quit.
