Was a fun watch, he is very aware of what he puts in his body, plus he said maybe its the fish in the offseason now that keeps him so lean!

I definitely agree with Evan on the fact that fish is the easiest to digest, I myself have issues with high protein diets and appetite and i find fish to be the easiest of all to digest and it never makes me feel like shit, if i eat a steak I almost feel like i need to lay down for an hour.. interesting info about water, i need to make myself something like that.

Yep it's him, he helped Evan with his preparation for the 09 NY Pro. (first he started with Palumbo, and from the 8-9 weeks out mark, he switched to Oscar)
