me personally i think the side tri is the most flowing and elegant pose. it displays the body in a very appealing angle.

For myself i voted the front double bicep pose, that is one of my strongest poses with my gun slingers.

But if i were to vote looking at another bodybuilder, itd have to be a rear lat spread by either Dorian or Ronnie. Lights out, game over.

Front double bi's when it's done by someone who looks good in that pose. For example Flex and Arnold did this pose very well (also Curry looks awesome).
