It´s simple ronnie never in his entire career display a decent pair of triceps, as Markus Ruhl is a lagging bodypart, the peak is increidible apparent heir will be Kai Green on Peak biceps department but tricep, side chest triceps is a mess. I don´t know if someone of 40 plus years can correct a genetic problem or a non well trained bodypart, Markus almost did it from 1999 to 2003 prior to his triceps injury, but what about ronnie, can ronnie one day display just a 10% tricep development similar to Victor or Phil

Dexter has been a bit of a dud of a Mr.O hasn't he....he doesn't do much in public. Jay and Ronnie did a lot of guest posing and local community work, tv work etc.

Maybe you just don't hear about Dexter?

Vic looks great, as well Roelly and Curry, but Ronnie, i don't know... i'm a big fan of him, but i don't want him to make a comeback, because that tricep won't recover 100%, and he will not be the Ronnie we've used to know him for, unfortunately.

- Vic. upper body is simply perfect. He should forget about it, no weakness at all. His quads look "small" from the front. In the side poses his hams pop out a lot, while his quads are not that good. Calves were never his strong point, but he need to regain some mass there. Overall? At this point, Top 3 without a doubt.

- DutchMan: fucking tatoo. He looks very good, legs look much bigger from the front than in the back double bi, but he'll be a good pro.

- Ronnie: left arm bi looks crazy, his tri isn't recovering.... ()... one thing I can't explain is the shape or his right arm bi... ¿flat? I mean, it's big as a house but it has no peak (maybe he's not hitting the pose correctly with that arm?). Overall he looks much lighter than six months ago... and healthier, IMO.

- Dexter is in gansta mode.
