eh depends on what he was trying to do and what kind of muscle and stimulus is needed to make him grow. I agree for a traditional row like what you were doing, with great form i might add, ronnies form is bad, but for what he needs, works fine.

I'm sure you've seen it before, but Ronnie's rows in the Unbelievable of 495 pounds were near perfect. Mine look worse than they really are, since I do a full stretch at the bottom rather than cutting it short, getting full ROM. This is the reason for the appearance of your so-called "bounce."

do u have a wide but flat back? Seems like your doing a lot of exercizes that build thickness in the middle of your back from top to bottom but no width exercizes like pull downs or chin ups

dude, I thought I'd never see this. Glad that you finally have a log Joe. I always knew about the epic strength you held but now that your displaying it publically is awesome. This is going to be a great log for sure.

Fantastic weight, but you already know that, along with the superb video. Very good Joe.

What are you weighing now anyway? 245?

Flex said:
Focused on middle back thickness today. Some day this week I'll add in wide grip pullups and pulldowns to a separate workout.

Thanks Tweak.

I was weighing about 255, then dropped to 245 after getting sick and taking some time off. Right now I'm probably hanging around 250.
