Thank you to everyone who jumps on my page daily/ weekly takes the time to hit that like button or leave a comment, we grown this page together I’ve never paid for a single follow, like or comment, I just post me, my family, my training, my day, I don’t “do it for the gram” I just use social media to show case my life and I’m just happy that you guys like that.

We end the year with over 7 million Likes in 2019 but these photos don’t show case my year, it’s been full of ups and downs, but I like to focus more on the good than anything else and with said so many amazing doors have open in 2019 and some CRAZY opportunities are now being chased going into 2020.
-
I am so appreciative for all the new lessons learned no matter how hard it hit me. But it all hardens me for what’s to come. Thank you ALL again I have said this many times but I really do have the best fans and followers in the world.

Flex Lewis on the effect Corona virus is having in bodybuilding.

"The world is in a pandemic there’s not a sole I don’t know who’s not affected.
We just lost the first quarter of majors #NPC #IfbbProLeague shows around the world and to say I am disappointed/ upset and heartbroken for all Athletes is a understatement.
As a Athlete myself who has battled many big preps it would be devastating to find out weeks or even days before your down to compete that the show has to be canceled. But the safety and health of us all, including your own family and other family’s is paramount.
I have reached out to a few athletes who were competing and ALL of them have handled this in such a professional manner all understanding the circumstances.

Speaking from a personal front I know how much @rafabrandaopro put into this prep, moving from Brazil to @the_dragons_lair to train for the @arnoldsouthamerica around myself and @ifbbjondelarosa @neil_yoda_hill1 and many other athletes.
He’s worked tirelessly, not only in the gym but out, and I feel we made phenomenal changes in the short few months of training @the_dragons_lair, and has handled this better than most 26yr olds would. It is why this guy when the opportunity next presents itself he WILL shock what ever show he does!

We 10wks out from @ifbbjondelarosa competing @bevsgym NY Pro, Jon has NEVER been so big and lean this far out. Needless to say we all working over here and looking forward to show casing this hard work soon. We took this photo last night to show what 6wks out looked.

I want to thank the @npcnewsonlineofficialpage @npcworldwideofficial @ifbb_pro_league for making sure all athletes health is put first during this time.

Was never gonna be the biggest on stage but conditioning was everything.
I remember this was the last show of a very long season competing in the U21 class. I was mentally tired, I was physically beat but my body was peeled inside out.
I never missed a meal, cardio, or training session and all I got was a trophy and title.... that was everything I was over the moon!
These early preps with @neil_yoda_hill1 taught me everything I know today. Suffer suffer suffer.
Want to win - work and suffer!
Never asked for cheat meals or cheat days. No Sugar free this, Fat free that.
I never thought “I Know my body better” as a excuse to eat than follow the diet.
No Skipped cardio, as my poor legs were tight from leg day.
ALL EXCUSES
The great Muhammad Ali said it best:
“Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion”
Unfortunately many don’t have that mentality, is why Genetics mean shit when you have workethic. If you have both... game over!

You can do what so many grown ass men do, and filter there stage photos (standing alone of course) soft as shit on stage, preaching about how hard they worked and how the judges screwed them. Lol
