What do you think about training when your a bit sore from last time. Like when using an upper, lowerody set up.

Depends on the person. I like to feel fresh at my age so being too sore is never a good thing for me. If your weights and numbers are going up dont worry regardless.

I'd agree. You can generally train a bit sore but as you get older the out of gym commitments just make a sore gym day feel too much like work.

hi future,

its great to have someone like you here:thumbsup2:. i have been having annoying pain in my tendon.
been having this pain for 3 weeks now, can't bb or db curl or do heavy back workout.

what you think i should do?

Just 3 weeks?

1. Ice the area for 15-20 minutes 4 times a day
2. Take ibuprofen before bed 800 mg
3. Wear an elbow sleeve which you can get from APT. They help alot.
4. I started using Skeletal Balm from needtobuildmuscle.com which has been helping my elbow bursitis.
5. Avoid working that area directly for a while.
