Gary Strydom is a bodybuilder who has won a number of competitions, including the Mr. Universe and Mr. World titles. He has also appeared on the cover of many magazines, including Men's Health and Flex. Gary's physique is both muscular and sculpted, with an impressive amount of vascularity displayed through his ripped muscles. His training methods are highly unusual, involving a combination of heavy resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and weightlifting with extremely large weights.
