Me this morning in our hotel room; not going to the beach yet, that's in mid July. We're going home for a wedding that might destroy my diet for a few days :

Tim: No, it's not the Air Force, it's just the gym, diet, and running. The Air Force is full of fatasses. It's really quite sad.

Pain: Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. I won't go too crazy with the diet these last three weeks; just enough to lose what I gained this weekend at my sister-in-law's wedding

I'll post another once I get on teh beach or shortly before. I might go through the posing gambit so I can get your critiques as well. I know I need some more upper chest and traps, and another inch on the arms would be great.
