Just got home from the contest.

I simply lost to a guy better than me but I gave him a run for his money. It was really fun and I can't wait to do it next year.

I am proud of my 2nd place, I came in with improvements in all areas, conditioning, mass, presentation and so on compared to my earlier shows.

I'll be back training tomorrow.
