I just got back from the weigh ins with Tunen. I weighed in at 79kg in the -80kg class so it couldn't be more perfect.

Went for a quick 20 rep training and now it's carb up time every other hour the night through.

Here to pics from a couple of hours ago, no carbs and still holding water.
