Greatest arms ever?

I think its apples and oranges mostly.I really like Phils arms as much as i liked Levrones.To my eyes ,levrone had best pair of arms..Its Phils time now.

For those who say he doesn't, who tops him? Ronnie doesn't have the forearms or tris to stand up to Phil- sure his tris were much better earlier in his career, but even then Phil's blow his away. Arny used to have the best arms 30 years ago, but no way do they hold up to Phil's today. Wheeler I've already described. Priest doesn't have the detail in the bis and tris. Levrone's bicep shape and forearms hold him back.
