I believe Hide could have slipped into the winner's circle, but the judges obviously faired differently. Troy however was phenomenal and showed great improvement throughout his entire physique. Gustavo winning? gotta love the biased, fucked up scoring with IFBB pro judges.

Troy wins. Best overall shape of the lineup. Best conditioning. Legs are not disproportionate at all, look at Gustavo's. Needs work in his back.

Yeah Gustavo is thick...up top. He has no quad sweep whatsoever. Should've been second. Well conditioned, has been better.

Hide shouldn't be in the top 4 at all let alone 2nd. IMO should drop to the 202 class, then his back detail will come out. His conditioning was off and he he no detail or size in his back.

Melvin was not conditioned and he looked to be smaller than normal especially his back and I remember his legs being bigger and his waist smaller. Slight gyno problems.

Now pictures don't do anyone justice to be honest, but that's all we have online. Videos are usually worse bc of the quality.

Honestly I don't see what people see in Yamagishi so much...From the back the guy looks like a child and would easily be owned by lots of amateurs, yet he places 2nd in a professional show and qualifies for the Olympia....

It's a lot more than just having a big back.. His conditioning is sick. He's got a nice flow to his physique.

I'm not sure what it is but Gustavo looks to be harder & in better condition than Troy. Troy looks great but if you look at Gustavo's skin he looks tighter. Maybe that's what bumped him to 1st?

melvin and hide are kind of a toss up, what one has the other one doesnt.For example hide has tris melvins are inferior. Melvin has hamstrings from the side hides are smaller. from the back melvins back is better but hides legs are better.

But the top two really stand out.
