Hey bro we all get that moment of dispair and low motivation the thing to do is to remember it will pass and to give it your best. War won't always happen in your strongest moment or best time but you have to face it or welcome death.

You'll do better next time.

Im starting my own homepage where I'll keep my log updated every day so I'll have everything at one place all together.

The layout is done for the website and Im just working with some flash animation before I'll put it up for public.

agree with pv, plus throw out these hyperextentions and do deadlifts :)

helps you with your overall development a lot
