Heinz Senior 5 weeks out

[Pain]

Here I am recovered from the mistake I made last week at the Houston Pro.
I am 10 ponds heavier at 235 with the same condition I had 15 days before the Houston Pro but more dense, same skin measurements with parrillo performance body fat method. That shows me that I can eat more ciclin instead starb myself with no carbs protein fat diets where you can even train or think and have a "normal" life.

He could be 10 weeks out in this pic and still not come in shape. I give him credit for being a pro but he doesnt have what it takes to be placed in the top 5 at any show.
