Rocky - yeah i normally do seated leg curls and they are a lot stronger than lying curls i think my height puts the pad too high on my calves to do them proper like

Results have been hard to come by from last sept through till december, but I've changed my diet and training plan and things are looking good...and I'ma stay posting my log up in here :xyxthumbs:

dam you've got a stroooong set of shoulders there ay - huge numbers! Those bb rows and lat pulldowns are seriously off the hook...need I even say anything about chest?! :dunnodude:
