Paul Dilett Training

In his heyday, Paul would arrive at the gym at 8 am and do his cardio exercises, later on, he would have his first meal. Paul worked out in the gym at least twice per day.

Then by 12:30 pm, he would work out his muscles; he would do lots of muscle-building exercises after which he would eat a big meal.

He would rest for 3-4 hours then he'd hit the gym again and work on his smaller muscles and do another hour of cardio. Paul repeats this routine every day throughout his days as a professional bodybuilder.

Workout Routine

Paul didn't have a set weekly training routine. However, he trains for four days at a stretch and rests on the fifth day. Then he would start the process from the beginning.

Below is a detailed explanation of what his workout routine looks like:

  • First Day: Shoulders
  • Second Day: Quads (Morning), Hamstrings (Evening)
  • Third-Day: Chest (Morning), Arms (Evening)
  • Fourth Day: Back
  • Fifth Day: Rest
