Months ago I made a thread about this new program by Tib. in T-Nation, here ---->

the workouts and vids are now released and explained in more detailed version.

here is the link to the workouts and vids.

Go through the days of the week to see the different workouts.

(what do you think of this?)

My god it is amazing. I wish I had thought of using partials and priming exercises in my routine while specialising on body parts. :disgust:

well, theyve done a hell of a job hyping this shit to the max. i dont really like the end result though. seems like theyre trying to sell old concepts as something radically new. like ramping sets to prime the nervous system, which basically everyone does. its called warmup sets. and this new fancy "auto regulation" term theyre tossing around. which really doesent mean anything other than taking it easier the days u feel like crap.

honestly, i was expecting alittle more.

oh and partial training sucks ass.

Another great so called training system:umwtf:
Bulkie:paul Andersson succesfully included partials in his training..doing half reps and even 1/4 reps.

Alan Aragon's Research Review - I thought about, but never really had it done :) A friend of mine does it tho, he said it's so much worth it, what do you think?
