Im not taking anything away from phil. if it were an olympia where the winner retired and they were deciding who the new champ was it would be phil.

but the simple fact that jay is already mr.o is going to weight pretty heavily on who wins.

jay takes it and retires, phil gets second, takes a year off and gets the crown next year.

not bad for someone who is 28 and has only trained for 6 years.
