Cable curls and benching is straight forward awesome man
dont worry bout those db inclines.. shit. i cant even get 60 off the bench without my left arm going limp hahaha.
gotta get spotters for shit weight anywho, glad to see benching is going passed 150man, excellent strength

Yea hypo i think the bench is my weakest ex but im working on it...
