even without a partner thats some heavy poundage to those quads man
leg presses are going up nicely
the cardio before that workout though, i wonder how you do it..
good vascularity man

Two superb sessions. Good lifts both in exercise selection and weight!
Quite a lot of tri work - imo you could probably afford to shave off an exercise or two and hit the other two harder and get more out if it. Just a thought though! Doing good.

Rocky i add one just played that one by ear It normaly only 3 exercise but the pump was great so i was like what the hell.

Very good work as always vik! I think you could've gone heavier on bench though. Just ask somebody to spot and most people will be glad to help.

Off to do cardio and i will start my cut diet next week:hyperguy: witch will be the dave pulambo diet i wanted to give that approch a try
