To reduce discomfort, try using small-diameter dental needles. They allow the use of oil solutions from most manufacturers.

your only hope is experimenting with smaller gauge needles but they take way longer to inject. so if it's trt you could manage the slow half cc but if your running a stack no chance as far as I know.

I've been injecting myself since the late 80's and to this day still hate thigh injections.

Glutes and delts is where it is. If I'm injecting too often I also use chest injections, which are surprisingly easy.

And no, no pens for oils.

I do thigh injections every week. Just alternate legs. If it is painful, you arent in the right place. Watch a video on how to do it.
