Great meal plan brother. When I build I bump my caloric intake to 5500/day as well. My meals are pretty much the same as when I cut except I incorporate cards with every meal and my volume obviously goes up. It’s tough sometimes to take in that volume though. You have 3” on me in height and about 100#s. I usually try to run a ghrp when bulking to increase my appetite.
