So today i pinned 100mgs of TNE 1 hour before i hit legs and i must say GODDAMN that shit put me on another level! I was king kong in the gym today! Totally lit that bitch on fire ? lol heres my workout:
started with standing calf raises did 4 working sets of 360x10 last set was a double drop. Then i hit seated caf raises 4 sets of 180x10 last set triple drop. Calves were so pumped i could barely walk on my toes ?? Then i did seated hamstring curls 21’s just like you would for biceps 4 sets of 130x21. On to my favorite barbell squats few accumulation sets then hit 425x10 easy, then 455x9,8,7 then back down to 405x10. Quads were blown up! Db split squats were next 90lb db x 15,13,12,11 each leg. Leg presses to finsh quads 900x15 rest/pause 5 more rest/pause 5 more. 990x10 rest/pause 5 more rest/pause 4 more, 1080x8 rest/pause 4 more rest/pause 3 more drop 3 plates off each side hit 10 more reps dropped another 3 off each side hit 10 more was ready yo die after that. Finished legs with banded barbell stiff legged deadlifts 315 plus orange band for 4 sets of 10. Totally fried after that. Felt like i was gonna puke, my clothes were dripping wet from sweat all in all one hell of a bad ass session! Very proud of my efforts today ??

So pinned my 2nd shot of TNE hour before i hit chest and delts! Shit is awesome insta-aggression at gym. Started with smith flat presses did sets of 8 until i worked up to final set with 320x7 plus 4 partials bottom half of movement. Next up incline barbell presses 225x8, 245x8, 265x8,7. 3rd was slight incline db presses 90sx10, 100sx10, 105sx10 dropped to 80sx8 dropped to 60sx8. Last for chest slight incline db hammer flyes 45sx10,10 and 9. Super pumped up! Next did lying on bench cable laterals 20x12, 27.5x10,10,8 drop to 20x10 drop to 12x8. Side delts were smoked already, next up reverse pec deck for rear delts 230x12,12,11 drop 170x10 drop to 115x10. Went up did 20mins cardio and that was it! Felt very good and def lean as hell tons of striations and veins popping out funny thing is im not dieting actually eating more so this eq300 im using is doing a hell of a job lovin it!!

Hit back this morning pinned 100mgs of TNE preworkout lovin it! Started with reverse grip machine rows did sets of 8 reps till i had whole stack 290x8 dropped 190x8 dropped 115x10. Next up rack pulls sets of 5 reps 315x5, 365x5, 405x5, 405x5. Squeezed back hard as possible! Next up close grip cable rows 200x12, 220x 12, 240x12, 240x10. Then i did banded db pullovers 3 sets with green band and 80lb db x 12. Lats were lit up. Finished with db shrugs with 3 second contraction 100’sx 12, 100’sx12, and 90’sx10 plus 5 partials
