So yesterday i hit back hard! Started with bent over barbell rows after a few warmups i got down with 365x8, 385x6,5,5. Then i hit deads off the floor i started with 405x8, then 455x6, 475x5,5. Next up i did neutral grip shoulder width pulldowns 220x12, 240x12, 260x10, 260x8 dropped 200x10 dropped 130x10. Then i did v-bar cable stiff arm pulldowns 70x15, 85x12,12,12. Last up overhand straight bar cable rows 220x12, 240x12, 260x12,10. Finished up with 20mins cardio on treadmill. Felt awesome and very strong!

Looking great brother. I wish I had got into bodybuilding at a younger age. I lifted as a novice, don’t know shit, gym goer for a number of years but didn’t really get serious about it until I was 46.
Keep up the great work I.

I only have issue on full version but apps like photo bucket fix thru full version.

I am in so many boards I use tapatalk 9 out of 10 times.

Lmao MM you are the best ever bro!! Im trying to get bigger. I shaved my body and was totally shocked to see how lean i was under the fur literally at best 8% tops. So im gonna just keep adding calories slowly 150-200 every 2 weeks and see if i scale starts to move. Ideally id like to hit 280-285 without gaining any bf. I know i can do it if i pay very close attention to my diet and stay on the cardio 3 times a week post workout.

Forgot to put up my arm workout from Wednesday lol i started with my 1st superset of rope pushdowns and db hammer curls after warm ups hit 3 sets of 115x15 on pushdowns and 3 sets of 70lb db’sx8 on hammers. Next superset was close grip bench and barbell curls did 4 sets of 275x12 on close grip bench and 95x12 4 sets of barbell curls. Last superset was 1arm db preacher curls and lying slight decline 1 arm db skullcrushers 3 sets of 40x10 on preachers and 40x12 for 3 sets on skulls. My arms were ready to explode as you could see from the photo i posted. Went upstairs did my 20mins of cardio on treadmill to finish. Very pleased with how im looking and feeling and ready to destroy legs on Saturday morning. Ill be doing my 1st pin of 100mg TNE preworkout very excited to try it for 1st time heard great things ??
