Great meal plan brother. When I build I bump my caloric intake to 5500/day as well. My meals are pretty much the same as when I cut except I incorporate cards with every meal and my volume obviously goes up. It’s tough sometimes to take in that volume though. You have 3” on me in height and about 100#s. I usually try to run a ghrp when bulking to increase my appetite.

Thanx Push i have no problem with appetite im actually always hungry even with calories this high. I bumped them up to 5851 for this coming week because my weight didnt move from last week trying to gain some muscle here lol

Absolute Monster. I have gained about 10 lbs since this contest started. Which I'm happy with. Still have some fat to lose by mid June. Right at 210 now, if I could stay there and lose the fat I will be Thilled. Happy Birthday.

Thank you bro i really appreciate it. I had a great b-day with the ones i love most. Well you def can lose that fat and keep the muscle but its gonna take some effort. Diet slowly dropping cals 150-200 at a time mostly from carbs and fats depending on your progress. Adding more cardio as you go. Dont forget the fat burners like clen, t3, even DNP just be careful. Best advice i always give is that diet is 90% of the game you can accomplish miracles through diet manipulation brotha. Good luck!!

Got laid 1st thing when i woke up right after my girl sang me Happy Birthday ??????? Lmao!! Then went to see Black Panther at Imax threatre in 3D with my son and my boy Dana and his 2 kids fuck me what a great movie! Finally my son, my girl and my brother took me out to eat so it was a great day ?? Made me feel special and loved by the people most important to me ?

Saturday’s leg demolition!
Seated leg curls 6 sets of 150x10
Barbell Squats 3 sec negatives explosive out of hole 4 sets of 405x8
Leg Presses accumulation set started at 4 plates a side dide 10 reps no rest added another plate each side for 10 reps kept adding a plate and doing 10 reps with no rest until i got to 9 plates each side i failed at 8 reps. Next set was a drop set from 9 plates down a plate at a time as many reps as possible each drop until i got down to 3 playes each side. I seriously thought i was gonna puke 濫 and pass out! Next up was db split squats
3 sets with 90lb db x12 each leg last set i added a static hold at end of 20 secs midway for more time under tension.
That is why you are a beast Sir. I have not one that much leg work in my last 4 or 5 leg day. DAMN!!!!!
Banded barbell stiff legged deadlifts 4 sets of 125x12 plus tension of band. These wrecked my hammies, ass, and lower back!
standing calf raises 3 sets of 90x30 with 10 sec contraction every 10th rep. Such a sick pump overall. Was useless rest of day and my legs are still sore today 2 days later 落
