squat:
20kg - 1 x 20 (warmup)
60kg - 2 x 10
100kg - 2 x 8
140kg - 1 x 6
160kg - 1 x 2
180kg - 1 x 3 (damn, should have gone for the 4th, but i was too chicken)
160kg - 1 x 6

lunges with dumbells

leg extension:
60kg - 2 x 15
80kg - 2 x 15

100kg - 1 x 15 - down to 75kg - here my training partner helped me get the weight up and then pressed down and i just tried to hold it. did this for 6 or 7 reps.
did'nt have any energy left for hams today, but i was really happy with the session. i was totally spent when it was over and my legs are probably going to be completly useless tomorrow.

pretty good session today. but as you can see i did 10 reps on all the sets so i think im gonna increase the weight on some of the exercises next week.
thanks man. i think i'm gonna post some before and after diet pics as my diet will start soon. i'm only going to take off 2 - 3kg but i think the difference will be noticeable. i'm currently about 95kg and i'll cut down as much as possible but stay above 90kg.
