i've been away for a few days and did'nt have access to the web. only cardio training those days. walked a 6 hour trip up a mountain one day, good cardio and good for the calves aswell.

i was a little low on energy on todays session cause i played beach volleyball for about an hour before the session. but i'm happy with the session, felt good.
