good session mate. u got in and got the important lift done when pressed for time. solid weight for reps as well. u know i envy u that pressing strenght of urs;)

not too bad. didnt feel great but it was an allright session.

Hey champ. Just saw your video @ 43 (deadlift)

I would really start to work at your technique, it really doesn't look good, and you'll by sure feel it in 10 years or smt (even when having in mind that you're doing some chemicals that increase your ability to regenarate)

Defently when lifting the kilo's you are, TECHNIQUE is a must.

the lifts in that vis might not have been my best lifts technically, but i've worked alot on my technique this winter and gotten intructions from a powerlifting coach. so at this point i think my technique is pretty solid. so maybe i should post a new vid to shut you up :p J/K buddy:xyxthumbs:

awesome basic session right there. deads for lower back, rows for middle and pulldowns for upper.

way to go. as usual ur deadlifts are beyond superb, but those rows are looking mighty fine as well. 160 for 8 is huge.

I envy your pressing strength. Dips stand out as well man. Good stuff. You'll get that 140 x 10 on the bench in no time! :)
