Usally you can do more pres seated, than standing. Unless it's a push press ofc :)

Great round 2x6 @ 100, is impressive!

How does your seated press compare to your standing IH?

good question, it's been so long since i've done standing presses. maybe i'll try em out soon to compare.

chest and triceps

CG bench press:
20kg - 2 x warmup
40kg - 2 x 10
60kg - 2 x 10
80kg - 1 x 8
100kg - 1 x 8
120kg - 1 x 6
140kg - 1 x 6 - felt a bit heavier today

incline bench press:
100kg - 3 x 10 - took it a bit easier on this today

cable pushdown:
20kg - 1 x 15
30kg - 1 x 12
40kg - 1 x 10
50kg - 2 x 10

overhead db extension:
20kg - 2 x 8

one armed cable pushdown:
15kg - 2 x to failure

not too bad, just didnt feel that strong today, but this week has been pretty brutal on the pressing movements so maybe i'll deload next week. ill just go by how i feel. i'm going to my grand dads birthday this weekend and there will be lots and lots of food so that'll sure help with my recuperation.

sure, when your on cycle you train very hard and your weights increase. and that can really take a tole on your joints and tendons. so some deloading can be very beneficial.

great session buddy. loving the CG bench. a deload should be beneficial if ure feeling alittle worn out. alot of heavy pressing starts taking its toll on the shoulder and elbow joints thats for sure.
