Too bad the lighting sucked so bad in 06...he'd look a lot better, with more noticeable improvements.

despite the god awful lightning in 06 he pretty much improved everything his waist is slimmer he's close to hitting a vacuum(!)on some pics and his lats are out of this world

in my opinion he improved in every pose and the 06 look is definetly my favourite jay.

I have to agree with that. Also his bi's are a little bit more separated.

Even though the lighting was horrible in 06 I still notice deeper seperation in the quads, back, glutes and hams, and deeper quad striations, all of which suggests an improvement in quality. He was also 4lbs heavier suggesting an improvement in quantity as well.

Wider Lats posed/relaxed

Thicker Chest ( notice side chest pose )

Tighter stomache

Better tan.

Definately improved, although his right bi looks distinctly smaller in the FDB shot which may be why he switched sides for the side chest - just a thought.

it is plain to see the improvements in the back and legs. i cannot wait to see him next year. now that he has the title he has the power to change the direction of the sport, people are going to be chasing him now, so things will be interesting!
