Huge triceps but hes biceps looks kinda weird. Time will tell what will be hes condition at Olympia..

looks good from the front but from the back his arms seem way to smooth like theres to much skin, almost no shape at all brewer style, i know its offseason so will just have to wait till the show.......

People got obssesed with Jay's quads, but I think he is losing size in hams. His quads look fine to me. No big deal.

His arms are getting bigger, at least. And yeah, he is looking muhc softer than in last offseason, as Lanois said, it could be good 4 him.

i think jay looks a lot better here. He has much more separation than usual, and he has much improved hi symmetry.
