Don't know where I've read, but Jay said he wants to go down in weight a little more until he will be like 230 lbs in good shape. Smart move imo, not like others trying to stay 280+ after retiring..

Yeah _ staying healthy is more important than being big for ego and just for the sake of being big!!! If you are not going to compete then why make your organs suffer with, extra weight and all "that" goes with trying to keep that extra weight on!

At some point he will do juice again, dont him? I mean, I dont think he can be 220 at 8%bf without...it.

Why not, his got great genetics his been 3% at 265 juiced.............i bet he can be 220 at 8% whitout steroids even at his age
