^^ He posted it in his facebook yesterday. He's looking great. Number 5 is coming.
Jay will take number 5 this year If he wins, do you think it's his last Olympia?? Or will he go for 6 and maybe 7`?
^^ IMHO, Jay will retire when:
1) He got a 2nd place at the Olympia.
or
2) He has a health issue/injury
If he remains injury free, healthy and winning... why not coming back again next year?
it would be ironic if he beats ronnie's record LOL
^^ I don't think he ever will. But being in the all-time top 4 ain't a joke.
I was impressed with his lack of fridge proportions too. A couple of things he has worked on have made a huge difference.I had downloaded the last video but only watched it now... in a leg training session with heavy breathing and all his gut is so damn in controll, that is one heck of an achievemnet in its own right, when you consider the fact that he is the biggest thing out there!
I am his biggest fan and I wish he wins every time he competes but I think he should retire after this one and walk away victorous and injury free!

Wow. Big win for you. Nothing to do with Jay actually having changed and me being objective. Congrats.this was since '10 olympia i told you so.........damn this feels good to get back at Tim on that comment ROFL
You fail. Posting pics doesn't have anything to do with when I noted his changed physique. He has been moving away from fridge proportions since his prep in 2010, mvsf1 and I have had that chat before.Epic Tim Fail again
Flex/Joey posted some pics of him and Phil together. Don't write the battle between Phil and Jay off just yet, both are looking great.
