In the sequel to the original, best-selling FST-7 video series (FST-7: Defined), the Pro Creator® Hany Rambod unveils never-before-seen advanced training techniques as part of some of the most intense, growth-stimulating workouts ever caught on film.

FST-7 REFINED shows Hany guiding bodybuilding’s biggest stars
-2011 MR. Olympia Phil Heath (now 7X Mr. Olympia)
-4X Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler
-2011 NPC USA Overall winner Steve Kuclo
-2010 IFBB 202 Europa Champion Seth Feroce

Jay is a brilliant businessman and has been able to make the smooth transition to massive champion to a healthy-looking but-still jacked bodybuilder who is fan friendly, intelligent and many profitable businesses.

I downloaded 2002 Arnold Classic from GMV just to see how Jay looked that year and I must say, 2002 Cutler was possibly his best ever look on stage. He had everything: back thickness, fullness all-around and he was shredded.

btw, anyone watches Jays IG stories? I see he's starting to bulk up again. Do you think he's planning a comeback? If he is, Arnold Classic 2021 would be the appropriate contest to compete at. Bulk up till last week of Nov and start prepping in Dec. what do you guys think?

I hope he's not coming back. Jay has been healthy looking and from what it seems like, his businesses are all doing well. He doesn't need to compete anymore and has nothing left to prove.

you're right but for some die-hard fans like me, we would love to see Jay compete for the last time and retire on top. That would make him the most heroic Mr. O ever.

So many bodybuilders and fitness youtubers have caught my attention over the years but nothing compares to the inspiration I get whenever I watch Jay Cutler's old dvd's.

Jay and Arnold all the way, baby!

Pumping Iron, A cut above, new improved and beyond, ripped to shreds, all BFTO videos, One Step Closer DVD, Jay to Z, All access and the undisputed dvd.
