It cannot be accurate imo.

Roelly is 5'6" yes, but imo he was never 320lbs, not even off season.
As for competition weight, he competes in the 250's at most.

I would say Roelly has the same arm size as Jay, considering he's only 5'6".
Ronnie at this best was 24" for sure, but he also was 5'11".
Phil in a video was 23" in the off season, and he is the same height as Jay more or less, 5'9".

Haha! I feel the same way about the mall. I normally hate the mall but now there's nobody there.

Gyms are open here but you have to wear a mask. It's hard running on a treadmill with a mask.

What? nobody stocks on their toilet paper anymore? lol

If you want to run, just don't do it in a gym.
Running outside does not require a mask.

I plan on it but I run on the treadmill at the gym in cardiac rehab. I wear a heart monitor. I only have about 10 more sessions and then I can start running outdoors. :)

Jay:I first joined Golds Gym Worcester MA on my birthday in 1991. I was going to college toward my degree in Criminal Law. I was torn between going to college or to continue working in my family concrete business . Times were stressful.... I just turned 18, trying to choose the “perfect” path was something I wasn’t sure about. The local Golds Gym became my sanctuary. I would attend classes during the day, train from 8-10pm every night. The gym would close at 10pm and I would then work a security overnight job making $5 and hr. I struggled to make enough to pay monthly bills, but honestly I didn’t care because the workouts made me feel better.... I saw improvements, I was challenging myself each workout and I had a dream of someday ..... being the Best In The World.... to be continued......

Jay: Stepping up my game in 2001I finished top 10 the prior year in the Mr Olympia contest in Las Vegas.
Back on those days, a top 10 placing allowed qualification for the next year.
I buried myself away train out of the World Gym in Lake Forest CA and made huge improvements to come back and stand next to my idol @ronniecoleman8
In 2001 Ronnie was coming for his 4th consecutive title and my objective was to keep him from attaining that... and well.... almost.
I finished 2nd, but this would begin a run of record setting consecutive 2nd place finishes at the Olympia.
I looked my best ever, many actually say that was my best size and condition I ever achieved. I was 255 lbs and I was 27 years old. 2001 was the contest that made me truly realize I would someday wear the ? of Mr Olympia.
