Back on May 2012, Jon Delarosa made his pro debut at the New York Pro bodybuilding competition. Two weeks later, he scored the runner up place at the Toronto Pro. Now he has set his sights on the 2013 Arnold Classic Brazil on April New York Pro in May where the competition looks fierce with potential challengers Victor Martinez and Juan Morel. Here he is in the off-season training arms with fellow East Coast bodybuilder Akim Williams who recently won the overall a the Eastern USA Championships. This is the first part of a two part "In The Trenches" series. Video by Adam Silver.
