It's been a long week I had a lot of progress with my mental health. I've had limitations unfortunately I got a little sore I think my theory of a lactic acid free workout is really great but I'm doing what I can do. I

mean if you think about it body builders go to great lengths taking creatine and betaalanine ribos etc to reduce lactic acid. Why not just do that for free or for the price of some dumb bells.

I think I'm going to do the Shaolin crane posture for my legs and plank pose wide grip shoulder width grip and close grip.

I'll work with that for a while until my health improves.

Looking good. I like that you're staying consistent with the log instead of only posting the sessions that go perfectly. Those day-to-day updates tell the real story.

It also seems like you're paying attention to how your body is responding rather than forcing progress every workout, which is a smart approach. Strength and size usually come from stacking a lot of solid sessions together, not from having one huge workout.

I'd just keep doing what you're doing and make adjustments only if you notice performance stalling for more than a couple of weeks. It's easy to overthink things when a few sessions don't feel great, but sometimes all you need is another week of consistent training, eating, and recovery.

Keep the updates coming. I'll be following along and I'm interested to see how things progress over the next few weeks. Wishing you the best with the training.
