Just another day in Venice Beach where Shawn Ray and Kai Greene talk at the Firehouse Restaurant.

What a change of events since these two met here a few weeks ago. At that time, Kai was on the edge of pulling out. He was missing his old training ways and his training partner Oscar. Since then, Kai rejoined with Oscar, won the 2009 Arnold Classic, flew to Australia and took the 2009 Pro show there too!

i agree and honestly i don't know how he does it. when i finished dieting it took me several months to get back to my normal food intake. my stomach had shrunk and what used to be a normal portion of food felt like a lot to me. he has to feel gross after eating that much.
